  • Proficient in streamlining Shop floor & Machine processes
  • Skilled at handling the manpower & engage the supporting team
  • Excellence in Preparing Machine layout, Capacity study, Efficiency Check Sheet, Down time analysis, Method analysis, Time analysis, Machine troubleshoot tracking, Production Planning Schedule, Skill matrix development, labour cost analysis.
  • Experience in handling processes: streamlining workflow & creating team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively, Productivity improvement through QC activities, sustained profitability of operations, Cost Reduction.
  • Implementation Of kaizen defining continuous improvement in processes & 5S, Poke Yoke, FMEA & FIFO.
