Job Description

    Hiring Associate Service Delivery Coordinator for one of our reputed clientsRole :Associate Service Delivery Coordinator.Total Experience : 2-5 years,Relevant : 2 + years,Location : Chennai/Coimbatore,Notice Period : ImmediateShift : Rotational (including Night shift)Required Skill set:Excellent communication skills both written and verbalBasic Knowledge in XML or HTML,MS Office WordResponsibilities Undergo training and gain technical skills for the tools / applications used. Work LIVE jobs post training and meet operator benchmarks which will enable them to understand technical issues and communicate with Customer Service effectively. Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Customer Service Teams, effectively being the face of Composition to the Customer Service teams and to our clients Assign and re-assign work Good analytical and problem-solving skills, should be able to articulate and coordinate with Team / Customer Service as necessary Contact Customer Service when copy clarification is needed Communicating ETAs to Customer Service and monitoring to ensure timely delivery Managing jobs through the process versus handing the jobs off Associate Service Delivery Coordinator retains accountability for successful completion of jobs Awareness of what site is working on a specific job and status of progress of the job Pro-actively monitors client activity (hot jobs) and communications with Customer Service regarding job status Understands different client situations (in house, off-site, clearing to print, filing, etc.) and monitors activity based on that situation Escalates and seek approval by Composition shift manager for at-risk drops and assist in the plan to get back on track before notifying Customer Service of the situation Providing back-up support to the other Service Delivery Coordinator
