Job Description

What we are looking for

  • Any Diploma, UG degree or PG Degree
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience as Internal Auditor
  • Good understanding of ISO and ISMS
  • Good at documentation
  • Good at coordination at all levels of organization
What would be your responsibilities
  • Accountable for site level Quality System Maintenance.
  • Conduct & document Management Review Meetings sessions. ISO 9001-2008, ISMS27001 certified Internal Auditor.
  • Responsible for executing and documenting internal ISO audits. Conduct internal process audits for ISO compliance.
  • Interact with the department heads/leads to understand the existing process. Coordinates with the personnel in the relevant departments for development of detailed procedures and initiates actions to implement the same.
  • Review all new job folders for accuracy of documentation provided. Ensures that inspection activities carried out at different stages in the process adhere to the Quality plan.
  • Track and document all non conformances for charting.
  • Manage and lead IT staff during on-boarding of new clientele
  • Develop custom reporting for internal and external client reports.
