Write and review service descriptions including relevant measures of service quality anddrives architecture to deliver on these promises through self-healing, reliable services thatrequire minimum manual intervention. Understand the current magnum product echo system and generate HLD & LLDdocuments. Manage and groom teams for a high-performance culture and be a champion. Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey. Confidently represents product and portfolio, including vision and functional andtechnical roadmaps, within the company and, when necessary, to strategic. Writing Technical specifications and enabling developers to stick to the design. Code reviews to make sure quality code is delivered. R&D /POCs of new age requirements.Qualifications 13+ years of experience in technical analysis and modelling. Familiar with technicalarchitect modelling language and tool such as UML and EA Bachelors degree level or equivalent in computer science or related field, Masters is aplus 10+ years of professional software development experience 10+years of programming experience with at least one software programming language. 4+ years of experience contributing to the system design or architecture (architecture,design principles, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. Experience as a mentor, tech lead OR leading an engineering team. Designing and developing enterprise Web applications using Java, Spring MVC anddistributed databases. Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases. Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions. Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the fullsoftware development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, sourcecontrol management, build processes, testing, and operations. Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems Strong background in design and implementation of external services integrations (usingREST, SOAP and/or ESB).Experience in designing Multi-tenant SaaS products on Cloud. Strong working knowledge of Microservices & Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)including associated concepts such as XML data formats, Structures and Schemas, WSspecifications, SOAP, Service Mediation/ESB, Digital certificates, Messaging, WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Addressing and other WS-* stack etc. Experience with Active MQ, Message Broker or other JMS based messaging platformslike Kafka, Rabbit MQ. Experience working with authentication tools like MFA, SAML, Open ID & OAuth. Leadership and good communication skills. Broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Java, Hibernate and Spring &Spring Boot. Experience working in JPA/Hibernate or other ORM technology and Sql or Pl/Sql Experience in Full-stack Web development, preferably React/Angular, TypeScript,Node.js, SQL/Postgres DB, API design & development Familiar with developing on Azure using native Terraform. Experience with performance and memory analysing tools like JMeter, Jprofiler andBlaze meter. Experience with DevOps (Repo, Pipeline, CICD). Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the fullsoftware development life cycle, including coding standards,code reviews, source controlmanagement, build processes, testing, and operations Solid understanding of reusable object-oriented software design patterns. Domain knowledge of underwriting process or Life insurance business is a plus Exposure to the latest design methodology such as DDD (Domain Driven Design) andhands on working experience with distributed computing system using event sourcing,
