Be fully responsible for a few product domain areas within B2C and B2B E-Commerce, working with users for requirements and collaborating with UX and Development teams to provide a high-quality product to the market. Maintain and communicate roadmap for the selected domain areas Prioritize requirements for each sprint and Prepare comprehensive Epics, User Stories and work with the UX team to define User Experience and User Interaction Validate new functionality vis-a-vis users/customers, Groom user stories and work with the development teams to ensure successful QA and completion Document and demonstrate new capabilities to users/sales/stakeholders Provide feature/benefits to marketing for precise and comprehensive value definition Receive and document customer/user feedback for ongoing product improvements Should have Clear vision towards setting up a well-defined roadmap Refining the product strategy based on emerging market needs and being innovative and a strong decision maker Plan for product releases or version upgrades as needed End to End Product Delivery and recommending solutions against customer problems. Desired Skills & Experience: Min 8+ years of experience Being innovative and a strong decision maker, strong research and analytical skills and should be an excellent communicator Clearly identifying the business needs and articulating them into user stories Working knowledge with prototypes, Design / UX knowledge Aligning client requests with the existing product features or roadmap SCRUM/Agile methodologies and understand the process Experienced with tools - JIRA, Wireframes, Data modelling, SQL, APIs Should be able to break down large complex problems quickly and clearly communicate the issues to stakeholders very effectively Strive in fast/ambiguous situations and have a bias for action Compliance specific experiences e.g. GDPR/CCPA Agile product management expertise. Refining the product strategy based on emerging market needs and being innovative and a strong decision maker Plan for product releases or version upgrades as needed End to End Product Delivery and recommending solutions against customer problems Thorough understanding of the ecommerce capabilities and good exposure in working with Retail, CFG and other domains Collaborating with cross functional teams and closely working with sales teams and clients to understand the frontline requirements,
