Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We have Opening for Legal ExecutiveRoles & Responsibilities:-
    • LegalDue Diligence forinitiation ofaction against the Secured Assets in accordance withSARFAESIAct.
    • Handling of SARFAESI cases and ensure compliances contemplated under the SARFAESI Act and Security Interest(Enforcement) Rules, 2002:-
    (a)Initiation ofLegalProceedingson reference of Non-Performing Assets by the branches,commencing fromtheissue ofstatutorynotices, publication of advertisementsandobtainingordersof the Judicial MagistratefortakingPhysical Possession of the Secured Assetsin accordance with the provisions of SARFAESI Act.(b)Co-ordinating for the Auction Sale of all Secured Assets in possession with the concerned.
      • Instructing the advocates and attending Debt Recovery Tribunals/Appellate Tribunals,High Court and advice on matters connected with litigation, Section 138 cases
      • Co-ordinatingwith Panel Advocates and Senior Advocates andinstructing themin litigationsentrusted with them.
      • Attendingall otherlegalissues and co-ordinate with the branches to ensure compliance of thelegalrequirements in matters connected therewith.
      • Title deed verifications and clearances, givinglegalopinion
      • Tracing of titlefor the propertiesoffered as securityand ensuringthat the property has clearand marketabletitle free of encumbrances.
