Job Description

Key Accountabilities Responsibilities:

  1. Should be of a pleasing personality
  2. Proactively build relationships with clients and ensure that our services are well accepted.
  3. Respond quickly and accurately to client s requirements.
  4. Ensure that client deliverables are met on time by working with the operations team.
  5. Participate in business development meetings with current clients, including leading on Pitches/Presentations to secure projects.
  6. Ability to understand the client contracts and work on prompt renewals of the same.
  7. Payment collection work with key people in the client site on our payments and ensure we get them within client promised timings.
  8. Should be good in Power-point presentations
  9. Produce weekly reports to your reporting head as necessary.
  10. Any other duties that could be required based on the business needs
  11. Should have a valid driver s license and should have his/her own vehicle
  12. Should be based off of Coimbatore and must be willing to travel across India.
  13. Should be in the age group of 35 40 plus

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in similar field
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good writing skills to add on to current proposals and prepare presentations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership and analytical skills
  • Persistency in following up with customers/operations in getting the work done
  • Social media knowledge
