Job Description

1. Experience working with medical imaging workflows and understanding on histopathology domain
2. Good knowledge and experience in clinical diagnostics areas such as oncology, tissue diagnostics
3. Designing, implementing and developing Machine/ Deep Learning and Computer Vision algorithms for object detection (e.g. Faster R-CNN, YOLO, etc.) and critical region segmentation (e.g. U-Net, Mask R-CNN, etc.) for medical images.
4. Knowledge in Python, Tensorflow and Pytorch
5. Designs and implements innovative algorithms to analyze histopathology images and data as individual contributor or technical lead of a project team.
6. Designs and implements analysis algorithms and software platforms for prototyping and commercial product development.
7. Optimizes algorithms and platforms for efficiency, accuracy, performance, and scalability.
8. Keeps up-to-date with technology advances, the competitive landscape, and job training requirements in the medical device industry
9. Linux developer with strong Docker/Kubernetes and C++
