Job Description

Modelling Engineer

  • Develop SPICE model creation process & project manage
  • Developing, testing, and maintaining high speed software models for Arms advanced CPU and system level IP
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of ARM modelling methodologies
  • Develop and validate new kinds of models e.g. temperature compensated behavioral models
  • Collaborate with device / process development group for preparing advance models using device simulation results
  • Impact and influence You listen to different perspectives, evaluate, persuade and carefully shape your work to deliver truly impactful results
  • Create multiple levels of models e.g. limit and typical models for Monte Carlo Simulations
