Plan, implement, and allocate resources with a focus on operational excellence; formulate action plans for variances and gaps; Manage & motivate employees to produce quality products are dispatched as per Customer schedule; Responsible for team Performance evaluation and Training. Plan, direct and coordinate work schedules and assigning specific duties; Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction; Review activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievements; Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures; Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee personnel processes; Monitor various functions and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits; Monitor the movement of goods into and out of production facilities; Represent management in purchase negotiations; Focus on reducing material costs with existing & new suppliers/vendors; Recommend new infrastructure/equipments; Oversee the remodelling of current facilities/layouts; Involve in problem-solving techniques that create systemic repeatability and sustainability; Ensure business objectives, KPIs, dashboard metrics reporting are accurate and timely; Ensure a safe working environment compliant with all internal/external regulatory agencies and organizations; Generate productivity, quality, cost and employee reports to management; Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about production, quality, process, PPC, maintenance, logistics, HR, purchase, IT; direct and coordinate activities of various departments; Respond to employee concerns in a timely manner; Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties; Develop supportive working relationships with other Managers and executives; Manage internal processes and work flows to reduce lead time and increase customer order accuracy Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers and suppliers Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies; Ensure Quality system requirements and ISO/ IATF. Review and Monitor KAIZEN Reports. Monitor and review the reports of New part Development. Implementation of New Requirements Any other task assigned by management; Reporting to Director-OperationsRequired Candidate profileShould be from High pressure die casting industry Should be holding position of AGM/ DGM. Should be managing monthly turn over of 5 CR Should be a good team leader and must have knowledge of client handling,
