Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Developing FTL Business, expanding the network, achieving the overall target of the division and making FTL Team to achieve their individual targets.
Presenting yearly business plan & budget and other reports to Respected CMD
Handling Legal issues,
Call on customer complaints,
Supporting marketing, operations and other members of the team to perform and achieve their targets.
Responsible for making team to follow the ISO norms and fulfill the needs during ISO audit.
Valuating the employee performance and appraising them.
Quarterly meeting with the sales and operation team.
Internal Auditing & analyzing the rate fluctuations
Expanding geographical locations
