Job Description

  • More than 3 years experience working on IT services/consulting proposals for global customers, especially for the US market.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written English communication skills, proof - reading, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • High - level of comfort in dealing with all levels of Sr. Management.
  • Strong work ethics, commitment to excel and proven ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast - paced and unstructured environment.
  • Strong team - player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work on several tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Understand customer requirement in detail, ask relevant questions to get all information required to create a complete & relevant proposal.
  • Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs)/customer requirement.
  • Liaise with Sales, Product Specialists, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments to collate required information and develop client centric proposals, consisting of business and technology solution.
  • Formulating a comprehensive approach and win - theme for proposals.
  • Develops proposal by collecting information including project nature, objectives, scope, implementation methodology, schedule, staffing, budget, project risks, inclusions & exclusions etc.
  • Should be able to work with vertical heads and effectively estimate effort and schedule for the potential opportunities.
  • Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering.

    • Should have experience working on proposals for IT and ITES services.

  • Designing and creating marketing collateral, sales kit, customer presentations etc.
  • Work closely with marketing team to create effective presentations, value propositions and work flows.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of content database by updating the tool with accurate information. Assist with quantitative and qualitative ad - hoc data requests.
