Program Manager/ Associate The Program Manager shall be independently responsible for the design, development and delivery of 1 large or 2- 3 small programs under the FORGE innovation accelerator launched by CIBI. The person shall own the direct outcomes and deliverables of these programs and shall manage all the requisite planning, staffing, budgeting, operations, outreach, partnerships, logistics, marketing, communications and administrative tasks. The person shall work directly with the VP to define program goals, strategy and operating model, budgets and then execute the plan towards achieving the goals of the program.,
