Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources, to most profitable opportunities. Achieving & exceeding business goals by delivering in all business channels as per expectations. Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development. Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests. Suggest new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. Retaining high performers & managing team motivation Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings, are done on time and in an effective manner. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. Manage & own the overall Cost of Acquisition & Portfolio delinquency , * Should be an MBA/Post Graduate. Should have 6+ year of experience in lending business with ideally 2-3 years in managing finance products in multiple market environment. Should have demonstrated excellent track record in sales Should have handled multiple regions and large size teams in previous role. Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self starter.
