    • Inspection and process knowledge of parts manufactured with Plastic, Rubber, Machining & Fabrication
    • Skills to Conduct PPAP trial run for the manufactured parts at supplier end.
    • Skills to Conduct process audit & process evalution at supplier end.
    • Problem solving & analytical skill. RCA and CAPA initiation at supplier end for related to inward, Line rejection and customer complaints
    • Process knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication, TIG & MIG Welding Inspection metthods.
    • Knowledge in NDT methods
    • Ability to study Engineering drawings & exposure in GD & T
    • Painting & Powder coating process awareness and its inspection methods
    • Problem solving & analytical skill. RCA and CAPA initiation for rework.
    • Skill to achieve department objectives as per ISO 9001 : 2015 requirement
