Job Description

    Job Title: Sales and Marketing CoordinatorJob Summary:Key Responsibilities: Handle Request for Quotations (RFQs) from clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring proper follow-ups and status updates. Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as per client requirements. Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely processing and execution. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery. Handle invoice processing and ensure accuracy in billing. Maintain records and documentation for sales transactions and client communications. Support the marketing team in lead generation, promotional activities, and campaign tracking. Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other marketing materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 - 3 years of experience in a sales coordination or related role. Strong understanding of RFQ handling, sales pipeline management, and order processing. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or manufacturing industries.
