Job Details: v Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries; generating new sales by approaching potential clients. Arranging & attending / organizing client visitsv Identifying & Evaluate clients requirements and offering the best suited project to clients according to their Financial and loan eligibilityv Researching and analyzing sales options for the clients i.e. looking after Pre sales servicev Travel to meet with clients and make presentationsv Maintaining good long-lasting relationships with existing clients & team membersv Report and provide feedback to management using statistical datav Helping / Assisting in Marketing Plans & Supporting Manager in the daily operationsv Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness i.e. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territoryv Ability to work any of the seven days of the week and holidaysDesired Candidate ProfilePleasant and trustworthyPositive, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitudeStrong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skillsGood verbal communication & active listening skillsResiding near Railway station or having own vehicle will be desirableKnowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the saleExperienceExperience into sales/customer service.
