    Function : Sales and marketing / Biz developmentQualification : Any Bachelor s degree (Fulltime)Industries Pref : Automobile dealershipSales Leadership: Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales targets, strategies, and progress towards goals. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and professional development.Sales Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs. Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address underperformance and maximize sales productivity. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization of sales processes.Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and expand the customer base. Nurture relationships with existing. customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Implement customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs and after-sales services, to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.Business Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share expansion. Forge partnerships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and other key stakeholders to increase sales volume and brand visibility. Explore new markets and segments for potential business expansion and diversification.Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales activities with overall business objectives. Implement best practices and tools to enhance lead generation, lead management, and conversion rates.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual sales budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior management. Monitor sales performance against budget and forecast, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets. Manage sales expenses within budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI and profitability.Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and adjust sales strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.Brand Representation: Serve as the primary ambassador for the Jaguar brand in Coimbatore, embodying its values and ethos in all interactions with customers, partners, and the community. Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines in showroom presentation, product knowledge, and customer service delivery. The Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and elevating the Jaguar brand presence in the Coimbatore market.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of leadership and success in sales management roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Relevant experience in the luxury car division is preferred, but not mandatory.Skill Sets Required for Sales Head Position: Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team towards achieving ambitious targets.
