Should have 3 years of sales experience (Preferably Non-LI Industry).

Should have stable performance track record.
More than 1 year as SM in the alst job
Minimum Graduation (Any discipline).
Should have own conveyance
Female candidates will be preferred
Recruit and Handle the advisors and customers to work and motivate them to generate the business.
Managing accurate maintenance & updating database.
Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis.
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
