Senior Relationship ManagerTrusts , Associations , Societies , Clubs etc. Coimbatore We have been retained by our client , a well - established , professionally managed , foreign bank to identify a Senior Relationship manager. The position is at the Assistant Vice President level and will be based at Coimbatore. JOB PURPOSE : To acquire and build a well - diversified portfolio providing revenue from diversified sources such as Trusts , Associations , Societies , Club s , Religious Institutions , and Educational Institutions etc. The portfolio should lead to healthy income with an acceptable risk to the bank.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : The focus of the job is to identify potential clients and acquire business by understanding the needs of customers and to produce value to both Customer & Bank. Acquiring business by identifying potential clients and looking out for the quality of portfolio / accounts from Trusts , Associations , Societies , Club s , Religious Institutions , and Educational Institutions etc.Relationship development and management with customer and ensuring excellent quality services in order to generate it into business.Should have knowledge and good understanding of the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML policy. Ensuring adherence to compliance and audit processes and guidelines of the bank.Good knowledge of general banking / RBI regulations , KYC / AML normsBuild effective relationships with customers to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary customer experiences by assisting them with their daily banking needs.Monitoring of client queries along with aging and ensure resolution within the prescribed TAT in collaboration with operations.DESIRED SKILLS : Good communication skills. Both verbal and written.Influencing Skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Ability to build strong network internally and externally.Excellent team playerShould be proactive , focused & service orientedClient FocusedQuality - drivenSelf - motivated , with a strong sense of initiative.CANDIDATE PROFILE : Candidates should be Graduate / Post Graduates from reputed institutes with minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience as above.
