Knowledge of accounting, stock taking, staff administration is essential Excellent communication both verbal and written in English is a must. Knowledge of Hindi and a local language is an added advantage Computer literate. Should be able to use spreadsheet, word, emails, power point presentation to highest standard Knowledge of pricing, budget, stock taking such as LIFO, FIFO etc., Creative knowledge of marketing, displays, events etc Ability to take part in exhibitions and promote the clinic Strong leadership skills 2 to 5 years in management level Age group 25-35 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to manage a small team of 4 to 5 to include 3 beauticians, a receptionist Co-ordinate staff rotas and delegate duties accordingly Hold daily meetings to review the duties of the day. Ensure there is enough cover when a beautician is off. Reply emails, deal with customers complains and concerns Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy Ensure the staff are well groomed and meet the clinic standards Prepare a check list of daily duties and ensure they are carried out accordingly Ensure the stock availability. Communicate with the distributors and ensure the orders are placed on time Maintain daily cash, credit card, sales and expenses report are prepared and made available for the management Design marketing strategies Conduct interviews and appoint staff Ensure the clinic is functionable functionality of the equipment Ensure the clinic neat and tidy in all areas. From the reception to the treatment rooms and the toilets Ensure there is supply of towels and other essential readily available Decide on discount policies and procedures Co-ordinating the plumbers, electricians where necessary Polite and at the same time strict Organise staff training and ensure they are certified Maintain staff attendance,
