Ensure that the RED Bins are tracked daily and they are filled within the set lead time Ensure that the purchase orders / schedules are sent to the vendors well in advance based on Rqt Vs stock Ensure that the items are procured at lowest price all the time and every time Ensure that the good vendors are developed and retained by addressing their needs and requirements Ensure that the supplier relationships are maintained properly. Ensure that the PRs are converted into PO then and there and pending /in-correct PRs are closed in the month Ensure that the supplier CAPA process is adhered to and CAPAs are closed on time and every time Ensure that the MIGO process is completed within 2 days of receipt of material Ensure that the BIN Management -Visual Board is updated, monitored and used for planning and procurement Ensure that the visit to respective visual board area is visited and got updated for the Red card items by the respective buyers. Also, the deviations if any is highlighted to concerned person then and there for corrections Ensure that the PR related issues due to SAP BOM or consumption issues are highlighted to the concerned persons and the corrective actions are taken then and there. Ensure that the RED TAG Meetings are attended and the Red Tag items are cleared properly Ensure that the Cost saving projects are taken and minimum 2 lacs savings are shown in a month Ensure that the process is in 100% compliance with the SAP requirements Ensure that the vendor end stocks are monitored periodically and unwanted / un-used materials are brought back then and there. Ensure the required co-ordination with the QA team and Vendor for clearing of disputed/ rejected items Ensure that the jigs, fixtures, tools etc., which are provided by us to the vendor for developmental activities are brought back within the set time period.
