Working experience in Ticketing and tracking system Multi-task and work independently or within a team Should have sound knowledge on System Administration (InstallationConfiguration) Asset Management Internet Information Services Message Queuing (MSMQ) High Availability (Failover Clustering) Network Load Balancer Remote Administration of Servers Hardware Troubleshooting Server Monitoring Tools such as SolarWinds VPNs Strong Documentation skills Troubleshoot Common IT Issues such as OS Installation, Hardware Troubleshooting, VPN Connectivity Issues etc. Keep Track of IT Related Asset Movement. Perform Periodic Asset Verification activity. Address General Software Installation Requests from Users Monitor Production Servers of Clients on day-to day basis Understand the Infra requirements of Development Team for Testing as well as Production Environment and make the Server Infrastructure ready. Install and Configure High Availability and Network Load Balancer. Address General Infra Based requests such as Remote Access to servers etc. Co-ordinate with Development Team to address their queries related to Server Infrastructure. Giving support for upgrading & maintaining the software in line with the changing needs of the organization Documentation of the daily activities (status reports, issues reporting, deliverable documents)Regards,HR Team
