UG/PG in Computer Science and Electronics and Communication Engineering Hands on experience in C Programming Language Must have worked on embedded platforms/products Knowledge/understanding of OSI communication layers Device driver development (non-OS & Linux Kernel mode) Experience programming in x86 and ARM architectures Exposure to AXI, PCIe, SPI, I2C, Parallel Interface, etc. Proven experience in embedded systems design with pre-emptive, multitasking real-time operating systems Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review Familiarity with different levels of testing/test coverage, etc Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems Innovative with good analytical, quantitative and data interpretation skills Good written communication skills, excellent documentation and presentation skills a must Experience managing a team of at least 3 to 4 members Experience interacting with customer directly for at least 3 to 4 years International work experience is an added advantage Job description As a Team Lead, you are responsible for leading a small team of senior engineers, engineers, developers and testers and drive delivery of a module or a project Shall prepare effort estimation, effort reports and track them for timely deliverables Shall monitor team productivity and suggest measures for enhancing the same Shall support the project manager in performance assessment of his/her team members Identify training needs and competency requirements of the team and mentor them Identify potential in team members and nurture them Shall split tasks/complex problems into smaller chunks and delegate to his/her team and take bottom line responsibility in solving them one by one Shall support the team in troubleshooting and validation to help team complete tasks on time Shall take calculated risks, communicate risks and support in risk management Shall be the bottom line responsible for coordinating with customer counterparts Shall manage geographically spread technical teams If you are interested in this position, please to career@kalycito.com,
