Selection & finalization of the right technical design and concept as well as the critical main components Experience (In Month): 96Qualification: Experience in Electro Mechanical systems and sub systems design Experience in New Product development and Initiation (NPD/ NPI) Experience in Protobuilt, testing and validation Experience in Solidworks/ UG NX / Creo / PDM / Team Center / Windchill Should have sound knowledge in Machine design and mechanisms design Should have sound knowledge in Machining and Sheet metal parts design Should have experience in OEM selection (like Bearings, gears, couplings, Spring, Belt & Pulley, Brakes and Shaft) using Engineering calculations Should be able to do Concept development/Design review for Product Development + Design improvements/cost reduction on existing product. Experience in Design review / checking by means of design calculation Should have experience in DFx, GD&T, Tol stack-up and its application Should have knowledge in selection of Materials and its finish ,
