Technical lead, will be responsible for technical development and support across multiple modules in an E- Learning platform. Should have strong analytical & problem solving skills. Developing, deploying and debugging of systems adhering to standard design principles. Interact with Architects to understand the architectural and design inputs and effectively use them. Interact with Product Management team to understand the business requirements. Scoping technical feasibility and estimating the cost and delivery timelines Delivery within agile environments using Agile methodologies including Scrum. Analysis of systems, considering reliability, systems risks and code. Object- Oriented Design (OOD) to ensure scalability and maintainability Functional and unit testing Integrating, supporting, maintaining and documenting application functionality Acting as a champion of code quality and best practices, whilst maintaining and enforcing standards of compliance Mentoring junior developers Technical Expertise Required 4- 6 years of web- based enterprise application development Strong working knowledge on OOAD, Java, J2EE, Javascript Reasonable working knowledge in few of following technical areas PHP, JQuery, AJAX, REST, RDBMS ( MySQL/ Postgres ), Apache/ Nginx Interest and ability to learn newer languages & tools Familiarity with Linux, AWS will be added advantage Passion for technology Exposure to opensource tools and platforms. Ability to work in start- up mode Ability to question the status quo Proven track record of building and delivering complex highly transactional systems,
