Job Description

Promote key products of the company by detailing the features, advantages, benefits & unique selling points. Deliver sales targets and distribution objectives for assigned portfolio/channel. Achieve the set sales targets of the assigned territory/brands Attainment of sales volume/mix objectives and improvement of sales mix. Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational values at all times Identify & develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, gain formulator acceptance and product endorsement Collect payments within the credit norms specified Work closely with hospital stakeholders to list products into hospitals. Provide report on sales and business performance for aligned portfolio/channel which include providing updates on competitor activity. Implement an adequate sales and promotional strategy that increases Company market share in Units and values in the market in synergism with Marketing and support units of the company within the assigned geographical market Execute clear and effective call reports, and meet business KPIs as will be defined from time to time Act as the first point of contact for aligned customers and actively build and maintain current and potential customer relationships Provide feedback to Marketing & Sales Managers regarding customers, markets and product performance/issues and competition activities Actively participate in all business meetings and operating mechanisms Ensure adequate coverage of distribution channels that permit the optimization of promotional activities with an impact on the physicians.
