  • Tool crib Management: manage, Receives, stores, and issues tools in industrial establishment:
  • Maintains records of tools issued and returned.
  • Calibration and inventory management.
  • Deploy Cost saving initiatives in Tools
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage, Receives, stores, and issues tools in industrial establishment:
  • Maintains records of tools issued and returned
  • Knowledge on SAP and E Pass process for tools procurement.
  • Periodic tools calibration management and reporting.
  • Identify and implement innovation in tools
  • Implement ideas for cost saving in tools thro alternate sourcing/alternate technical solution
  • Periodic tools Inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Repairs, services, and lubricates tools during the calibration process.
  • identify tools and equipment, using identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool.
  • Reporting the Weekly dash for Opex Status.
  • Reporting the Weekly Dashboard for New tools requirement from PRIM s
  • 5S management in Tool crib office.
