Good hands-on knowledge in Batch Technologies. Tool: TWS - Tivoli Workload Scheduler Version: 8.6 & above Good hands on experience in creating & scheduling SAP, UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS jobs. Good hands on in administering TDWC & TWS applications (Installation, Upgrade, uninstallation & Troubleshooting) Capable of handling P1 incidents & engage the right stakeholders for the fix. Knowledge in Dynamic agents concepts and configurations. Knowledge in Event rule management & troubleshooting. Ability to develop/debug PERL, Shell scripts (Beginner/Intermediate) - for TWS administration. Good verbal & oral communication skills Should be flexible to work in any shifts depending on the project requirements. Ability to take ownership for issues & see them through to resolution Self-motivated learner.Roles and Responsibilities: Scheduling of batchjobs. (SAP, UNIX, WINDOWS) Provide remote batch job support for the customers. Batchjob Co-ordination between clients, functional and offshore teams. Monitor, Troubleshoot & diagnosis the batchjob failures. Installation, Upgrade & uninstallation of TWS in UNIX, WINDOWS, LINUX platforms. Monitor, Troubleshoot & diagnosis the TWS application issues. Handling customer complaints and escalations. Incident (Critical & Non-Critical) & request handling. Developing scripts to administer the TWS application/eliminate efforts. Writing Technical Documentation and Reporting., Roles & Responsibilities:Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YEARS Mandatory Skills: TWS Administration Platform Support, EMC Product Support, Batch Technologies, Infra Trouble shooting and Operations, Infra Storage Administration Desirable Skills:Language Skills: English Language
