Urgent Opening for Customer Service Executive with Kitchen Appliance Company based with Coimbatore.Our client is Kitchen Appliance based Coimbatore, looking for Customer Service role with Excellent on communication.Job Location - CoimbatoreExperience - 1 - 3 yrsShould be Excellent on communication.Job Profile:

  • Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team), both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to internal team)
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
  • Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions
  • Effectively deal with irate callers, and upset customers
