Desired Characteristics: Recruiter The ideal candidate must have 1-5 Years of experience in Technical Recruitment in US IT Staffing. Must have good experience in hiring Candidates on Full time position & Contract Positions and must be well connected with Vendors to hiring candidates on Corp to Corp and Full time. Experience/Knowledge in hiring Data Engineering technologies resources will be an added advantage. Should have good experience working with Business Heads & Hiring Managers. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) Must have experience in using job portals (Monster, DICE,CB) and other open source platforms. Strong experience in tax terms, negotiations, building relationships. Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
