10 + Years of working experience on Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory. Experience on ADFS technology, Able to implement as per project demand. Advanced Active Directory skills including GPOs, building and upgrading domains, forests, RODC server core, site topology, domain & trust, LDAP integration with apps, security/delegation control, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Schema update and certificate trust. Managing and monitoring AD Inter and Intra replication, DNS Zones and records. Ensuring the proper assignment and configuration of FSMO roles. Configuring forest-wide Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) settings. Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols (DNS, ICMP, SMB, SSL/TLS, etc.) Strong experience on Windows 2008 & 2012 troubleshooting and Clustering concepts. Should have good Knowledge and Experience on ITIL process Compute Requirement: Understanding/Work experience on HP C7000 Enclosures, HP OneView, HP Virtual Connect, HP Onboard Admin, Server Profile creation etc., Windows Server requirement Windows Clustering, OS Hardening, Server performance tuning, basic network design, and SMB/NTFS/DFS file share provisioning, RAID concepts. VMware: Experienced and troubleshooting on VMware versions like ESXi 5.x & 6.x versions, P2V, V2V, command CLI, PowerShell, performance tuning, Architecture changes/Migration related to the environment, VMware Licensing, storage connectivity concepts Good in ITIL process/Communication. As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Responsible for Vendor Management and people management. Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management. Conduct periodic reviews with teams. Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Drive service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. ,
