Nos encontramos en la bsqueda de talentos excepcionales, prximos a iniciar etapa productiva ocupando el cargo de Practicante Universitario para el rea de Recursos Humanos.Funciones a desarrollar:

  • Soporte actividades de Bienestar y SGSST.
  • Soporte administrativo rea.
  • Revisin y validacin documentos de ingreso para carpetas digitales de HV.
  • Seguimiento a documentos pendientes por nuevos ingresos.
  • Realizacin cartas de retiro de personal y envo por docusign (cesantas, certificacin, examen medico).
  • Validacin reintegro de internet.
  • Creacin clausulas, cartas y otroses bsicos.
  • Solicitud informacin y foto para pedido de carnets de ingreso.
  • Solicitud de informacin para post de cumpleaos.
  • Creacin Jiras nuevos ingresos.
  • Creacin cartas de disponibilidad, da sin iva, entre otras.
Que necesitas para postularte:
  • Estar habilitado para iniciar etapa productiva por primera vez o en cadena de formacin.
  • Residir en Bogot o alrededores.
  • Manejo de office.
  • Contrato Aprendizaje por 6 meses o un ao (Etapa productiva).
  • Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 18:00.
  • Apoyo sostenimiento etapa productiva: SMLVEPSARL.
