Job Overview:The QA ISO 9001 Coordinator supports the department manager by maintaining documents ISO 9001 quality management system. Investigates and resolves quality issues organizing teams of process expertsRoles & Responsibilities:Maintain ISO Quality System in compliance to latest version of 9001 :2015 .Prepare facility and QMS for yearly external audit for ISO 9001 Quality System.Support QA functions including quality planning, preventive actions, NCR activity, CAPA, management of change, development of quality metrics.Analyze QA and other data for trends and reporting. Utilize various statistical tools in problem solving of business quality problems.Plan, coordinate and conduct audits on existing processes.Create and maintain documents such as process flows, procedures, forms and work instructions.Manage feedback loop communication from customer (service) to manufacturing and/or engineering including continuous improvement measures.Investigate issues relating to quality to identify corrective action and ensure implementation is effectiveManage yearly vendor safety, quality, and delivery, capacity reviews with procurement and quality department managers.Train and support various process owners on the QMS and auditing.Investigate, gather and present information for management review. Analyse customer complaint, internal nonconforming product data and production data and make recommendations for improvements.Prepare monthly reports for quality metrics for all facilities.Report progress of improvements to the Quality Manager.Issue corrective action to Quality personnel in coordination with plant management and Human Resources.Perform other related duties as assigned.Other Requirements:Good communication skills written & verbalGood in Computers& InternetQuick LearnerGender: Male /FemaleExperience:3 to 4 years as maintaining quality system in organization -Preferred experience from home appliances industry and knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015(In case of candidates relocation: We will provide stay facility.
