Experience : 14 Years Team size: 1. 12 to 14 Direct reporting 2. 180 Indirect reporting Purpose Position: The position shall be responsible for driving the overall business of the SBU / State / Region. Position shall ensure profitability and achieve set business objectives not limiting to budgets (target) , manpower (staffing) , training , nurturing and developing leaders. This position shall also be responsible for developing marketing & sales strategy , identifying market potentials , analyzing market trends , competition strength and results , building appropriate relationships with customers / traders and institutions and manage large teams. Key Responsibilities include Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual / half yearly / quarterly sales plans for regions / state; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Responsible to achieve the set targets / budgets Analyze current market and identify areas where our product needs to be stabilize / strengthen Derive CRC wise strategies and plans for every month Design sales programmes by / through field sales action plan Maintain good product mix to ensure the regions profitability Responsible to ensure the onroll vs module (budgeted manpower) maintained at 90% throughout the year Responsible to track demo / sales for all CRC under the jurisdiction Ensure market oriented activities been planned and executed. Track the leads and conversions of the market Track and monitor field coach / visits of leaders / managers and personally ensure minimum 10 field coach every month (Cycle) Ensure weekly sales reviews happens at Division.,
