Exp:-Graduate with 1 Year B2C Sales ExperienceQualification:-Any Graduate.Working on Saturday and Sundays is mandatory (No exception for this),EveryTuesday will be declared as week off.-Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IITs, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India. Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accountsJob Role:-Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured CounselingSessionsFix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including followup sessionsUnderstand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffectivelearning methodsCreate the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as solution Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
