    2 Positions -Accountant1-Sr AccountantExp-3-5 YrsJob Location-NoidaDepartment: Finance & AccountsReports To: AM-Accounts Job Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Manufacturing and Law firm Job Summary:We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive - Accounts to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will handle accounting functions, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to provide timely and accurate financial reports.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Operations:1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal vouchers.2. Handle accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payment processing and follow-ups.3. Maintain accurate financial records for the companys manufacturing units.Financial Reporting:1. Prepare and submit financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.2. Assist in preparing MIS reports and provide variance analysis against budgets.3. Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.Cost Accounting:1. Implement and manage cost accounting procedures specific to manufacturing operations.2. Monitor and report on inventory, material costs, and labor expenses.Audits & Compliance:1. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.2. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings. Process Improvement:1. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance financial controls.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (CA/ICWA) is preferred.1. Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).4. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage large data sets.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
