Job Description

As Accounts - Assistant Manager ,you will be responsible for book keeping, day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures. What you will do:

  • Updating all entries includes invoicing/Fee collection/ Fee reconciliations, expenses voucher, petty cash voucher.
  • Performing payment, collection from various parties & tally account statement with Party, Individual student ledger.
  • Handling the maintenance & finalization of daily financial accounts on Tally.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements, misc reports etc.
  • Drafting individual ledgers and preparation of schedules.
  • Handling all petty cash & preparing voucher.
  • Maintaining cash book and managing payable & receivable.
  • Handling taxation like TDS, GST includes e_return preparation and filling ( monthly/quarterly & annual)
  • Co-ordinating with other Govt Tax depts includes handling of audits
  • Preparing various general accounts schedules, variance reporting through Ms Excel.
