  • Managing day to day accounting activities of the head office.
  • Maintain Petty cash on day to day basis & Managing Daily expenses.
  • To update & maintain the books of account and other relevant records/registers on daily basis.
  • To verify and process the expencise claims/bills/accounting vouchers as per the company policies.
  • To process payments to vendors on timely basis; To reconcile bank account on weekly & monthly basis.
  • To reconcile inter branch account with Head Office/Corporate Office on monthly basis.
  • Managing & co-ordination with associated Banks.
  • Working exp. in Sales Tax, Income Tax, VAT & Excise duty, TDS, PF, ESI.
  • Exposure with manufacturing industries and trading companies preferred.
Key Skills:
  • Should Have good knowledge of TDS, Sales Tax, Excise duty, PF, ESI.
  • Should Have good knowledge of basic accounting terms.
  • Must be Responsible, dedicated candidate.
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills.
