DJOBS HR Services hiring for the position of Accounts & Finance Manager in Chemical Manufacturing company in DelhiPosition Name : Accounts& Finance Manager (Need Only Chartered Accountant C.A Qualified Candidates)Experience : 8-12 yearsLocation : DelhiCTC that we can offer : 4to 8 LPAEducation : BSC, BCOM, B.techJob Responsibility:

  1. Income Tax & Finalization of Accounts
- Manage statutory compliance, Income & Tax, GST, & audits etc. for the company. Ensure all compliance, tax & audit requirements are met and conducted as per IT act and Companies Act.- Tax planning at the company and the individual income tax assess and tax issues associated with Inter/intra-company transactions.- Work with the CA and manage the IT filling for the entire Group companies.
  1. Accounts
- Oversee and ensure tally entries are recorded- Oversee Bank reconciliation and maintenance of accounts. Finalization of Accounts.
  1. Finance Related Work
- Carefully Monitoring Fund position; planning ahead and proactively looking at the funds required and intimating the management.- Monitoring Bank Guarantee issued/received- Opening and Tracking of LC paymentsPosition Summary:* Managing Companys financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.* Responsible for all taxation matters for the Company.* Handling Accounts Finance* GST* Indirect tax, Direct tax* Budgeting* Balance Sheet* Audit & All Commercial* Banking and Financial Management* MIS report* Must have knowledge about Talley
