Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Role: -
    • Conceptualizing & implementing Investment Promotion plans for ESDM;
    • Provide full facilitation and advisory for investment promotion;
    Overall co-ordination and Responsible for performance and monitoring activities of Promotion Team;
    • Interacting with national/international organisations to promote Indian Electronics Industry;
    • Engaging with MNCs and develop strategic roadmap for engagement in the Indian Investor Ecosystem;
    • Organizing/ participation in National and International events/Trade Fairs/Exhibitions/MSME Expo. Etc;
    Regular Industry consultationso Mentoring and guiding Investors and other stakeholders;o Arrange meetings with relevant Central and State Governments and agencies;
    • Organizing roundtables, seminars, workshops under the guidance of MeitY;
    • Creation and managing all branding and communication related activities;
    • Corporate Communications: Implementing strong ATL as well as BTL campaigns with measurable outcomes and impact assessment;
    • Interacting with State Government for Analysing policy of State Governments and give suggestions for improvement of the existing policies;
    • Conducting literature survey for policy related matters;
    • In-depth analysis of the concerns/ suggestions received from the Electronics Industry Associations/ Apex Chambers, and thereby, taking up the issues for appropriate resolutions with the concerned Departments/ Ministries;
    • Other miscellaneous activities;
    Provide advisory and support for Ease of Doing Business; Essential Criteria: - Qualification: Bachelor degree from recognized university and MBA or equivalent qualification from recognized university/institute. Relevant Experience: - Working experience of 8 + years in Investment Promotion/ Policy making. Desirable Criteria: - Techno-managerial investment knowledge, domain expertise and global exposure / Handholding to investors/ Policy making / ESDM sector.Project management skills.
