Our vision is to democratize education for all segments of society by partnering with the best minds.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Unacademy in New Delhi. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing affiliate marketing programs that drive revenue through external partnerships. This role will also be responsible for managing communication with affiliate partners, reviewing and approving new publisher applications, negotiating and monitoring deals, and conducting analysis of the partner program as needed.Qualifications Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills Digital Marketing and Marketing skills Strong Communication skills, both. written and verbal Experience in partner management, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth via affiliate marketing channels Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making Experience working with digital products, tech or e-commerce is highly beneficial Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of attribution models, preferred Experience in the education industry is a plus,
