  • Recruit / Train advisors.
  • Should have minimum 6 Months of experience.
  • Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets.
  • Focusing on Advisors
  • Focus on Customer retention.
  • Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by up selling & cross selling of product mix.
  • Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership qualities & ability to mentor team of advisors.
  • Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills.
  • Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Criteria Required:
  • Age Limit 24 to 39 years.
  • Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
  • Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
  • Local resident for some time Should have natural market in that location.
  • 2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler must.
  • Android based smart phone.
