IPE Global is inviting applications for the position of an Analyst for the Health Nutrition and WASH Practice. The position is based in New Delhi and the incumbent will work together with the HN&W business development and project management teams to support management of existing projects and in the development of proposals for future business. The position will be primarily responsible for supporting the management of the A&T account but will not limited to it. The position will take on assigned responsibilities as directed by the line manager/ senior members of the team and/ or as directed by the management. The envisaged roles are as following:Project Management and Compliance: Research and documentation: data mining and analysis, preparing program briefs, research briefs and program presentations Support program managers in the reporting and management of financial processes such as managing expenses, advances and invoicing Support program managers in the preparation of monthly/ quarterly and annual program technical and financial reports Business Development: Tracking business development opportunities coming up in health sector Support Proposal Managers in all aspects of proposal development including searching for right team members and preparation of team CV to meet client requirements. Support in research and development of technical documents such as proposals, expression of interests, capacity statements and concept papers Identifying suitable CVs and maintain CVs bank for the department Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters Degree Program (Statistics/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business) Experience Requirements: Knowledge and experience of MS Office is a must Prior experience of research, analysis and documentation and knowledge of statistical package such as SPSS, STATA etc. is desirable. Essential Skills: Excellent writing and research skills Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office, excellent MS-Excel skills Proactive, ability to work with minimum level of supervision in tight deadlines and in high pressure scenarios Ability to work effectively and efficiently in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic teams. Fluency in English and ability to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
