The incumbent will execute client related engagements: -- Business valuation - Brand, Distribution network, IPR & other intangible assets valuation - Real estate- Financial model review/build Your key responsibilities Determine that the work delivered is of high quality Strong hold on financial statement analysis Should be well conversant with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good command on valuation methodologies like discounted cash flow, comparable companies method, and net assets value method. Good communication both written and oral (including report writing) Good logical/analytical skills Conduct valuation of companies at enterprise, equity, instrument level etc. Assist the Senior Associate/Manager in engagement execution Developing sector knowledge Creating financial models and conducting DCF analysis Manage engagement Prepare deliverables for engagements (excel modules and report)Skills and attributes for success Demonstrate the ability to effectively execute responsibilities. Pro-actively identify and escalate counselees not being chargeable on engagements. Take real-time constructive verbal feedback from team members Facilitate timely completion of engagement review forms. Contribute to effective team work Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge. To qualify for the role you must haveGraduate Degree (preferably with CFA background)Ideally, you ll also have0 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience with large consulting firms / or large Corporate.,
