Job Description

    Responsibilities && Accountabilities Working with sales team and demonstrates leadership and initiative to develop sales strategies and supportsales team for benchmark requests, ROI calculation, technical discussion and submission and similar activitiesrequired to enable the sale. Technical support in development of short and long term 3D Printer sales pipelineto support growth plan Use Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing expertise to help seek out new opportunities for customer value. Set direction for application support to be provided to customers and for solution replication Creates and grows reference customers by being engaged directly with customers and with those responsiblefor the product, services and support Support complex sales of products or solutions to customers on a partnership basis. May act as a dedicatedresource to a few strategic accounts Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client, including C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within theirindustry Contribute to ensuring executive relationships that establish company consultative professionalism andpromotes its total solution capabilitiesF/TRG/04 ISSUE No. 3 Maintains technical expertise on 3D Printing at all levels - prototyping, manufacturing, new applications,maintenance, typical objectives, measures, metrics Maintains broad industry, market and competitor knowledge to maintain credibility with Customer Educate and be updated with latest trends, technologies, competition and competition offerings in themarket and give feedback to sales team and business head from time-to-time Create systems to monitor customer requests, trends and be able to assimilate data points for generatinginsights on trends and work with sales team and business head to define business strategies Responsible to installation and training. Creating guides to ensure smooth knowledge transfer to customersand team members. Monitoring and ensuring frequent communication with the customer on applications,usage of the equipment to ensure higher utilization rate of the equipments as well as client can unlockbenefits of the technologyExperience and Skills Bachelors degree in Science/Engineering or a similar field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience in Previous managerial experience is a bonus. Good understanding of the technical features of machinery and electrical systems. Strong desire to learn new technologies and a keen interest in taking a deep dive Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A team player Strong analytical capabilities Solution driven and oriented Prior solution selling support experience that includes a diverse set of sales support responsibilitiesas outlined above Experience in Design, Manufacturing and/or R&&D a plus Expert level knowledge of products, solutions and service offerings as well as competitor'sofferings in order to be able to sell large, complex solutions Hands on experience of any two 3D Printing techniques among FDM/ FFF, SLA, DLP, SLS,DMLS. Knowledge of Design for Additive Manufacturing techniques. Working knowledge of any one of the CAD tools (Creo/ Catia/ Solidworks/ Magics/ Fusion 360)
