Salary: 8 Lac - 8 Lac1. Credit Risk ManagementPrepare and review credit applications made and provide assessmentConduct financial statement and business analysis for loan eligibility.Preparation of applications in conjunction with the ZCM for loan sanctions where loan amount is higher than CM / ZCM sanction authorityManage Productivity, file processing cost within the budgeted levelsEnsure processing of files within agreed Timelines.2. Business Risk PartnershipWork in partnership with Sales teams on new and existing credit applications, providing guidance on credit appetite and other pertinent information prior to applications being madeProactively contribute to embedding agreed change management initiatives within sales teams in support of process improvement and policy developmentSupport and contribute to specific projects as determinedAct as a constant source of feedback to product and policy teams to aid in innovating the current product offering and launching new products3. Wider Risk ManagementSupport the ZCM in identifying training and development needs of Vendors and initiation support staff in relation to policy & process.Participate actively in general good credit governance initiatives and uphold highest standards of risk management.Proactively contribute to embedding change management initiatives in support of process improvement and policy development regarding clients4.Governance & ComplianceImplement processes as per policy.Educate and train the team members on the policy requirementEnsure and check that policies and standards are being implemented at the ground levelEnsure that the recommended process of appointment, management and review of Vendors is being followed.Implementing the Fraud Control systems5.Customer ServiceCreate a customer centric cultureImplement, measure, monitor and control parameters that improve customer experience.Desired Candidate Profile
