Job Description

    Area Sales Manager Corporate DSA Company: Basic Home Loan Department: Sales Home Loan (Corporate DSA) Location: Multiple Locations Experience:5-10 YearsCTC-7 LPAWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth through the Corporate DSA channel. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners, driving home loan sales, building strong lender relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.
    • Develop and expand the Corporate DSA business in the assigned territory.
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing DSA partners, connectors, and referral sources.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan disbursement targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, and channel partners.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and business performance.
    • Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
    • Monitor the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to login, sanction, disbursement, and post-disbursement support.
    • Ensure quality sourcing with minimum documentation discrepancies and reduced file rejection ratios.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
