Job Description

    ** - Conduct screening of potential candidates.- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews either in-person or via video conferencing.- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.- Oversee the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance monitoring of subordinate staff.- Regularly verify and update reports.- Provide comprehensive information about projects, products, and profitability to interested parties.- Supervise and support a team of 10 field managers to ensure project sustainability.- Guide field managers in project implementation in the field.- Motivate and address queries of field managers.- Ensure the punctual submission of daily reports and assist in planning.- Review and validate reports submitted by field managers according to established standards.Role & responsibilities1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in field sales or related roles within the pharmaceutical.2. Good Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.3. Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).4. Relationship Builder: Adapt at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and Doctors.5. Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently while on the field.6. Problem-Solving Skills: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and operational challenges.7. Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as per business requirements.Preferred candidate profile1. Must have experience in Doctor Networking.2. Can handle the field sales.
