Job Description

Assistant General Manager (AGM) Client Servicing/ Business Development 12- 15 years - Advertising/ PR Industry work experience with at least 3 years on a managerial role preferred.Skills Required Leadership, strong team player, negotiation skills, PR skills, excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Office, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, general management skills, people skills, deadline driven, multi- tasking, result- orientation, decision making, problem- solving, strategic planning, creativity and innovation.Provide assistance in managing an assigned set of branch offices for business growth.Supervising cost and financial of marketing ensuring compliance of quality & consistency in brand communication. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Research and build relationships with new clients and ensure retention. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client s needs, concerns, and objectives.Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.Forecast weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales target and ensure they are met by the team.Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.Understand the company s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company s performance.Set up meetings between client decision makers and company s practice leaders/ Principals.Submit weekly report and ensure the accuracy of the data. Closely coordinate with other departments in the matters of task interdependency.Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.Assist in performance appraisal, when needed.Work with strong ethics and follow company s work- guidelines and procedures. ,
